Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All course enrollment fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed and course access, study materials, live sessions, or internship access has been provided.
2. Refund requests will not be accepted due to personal reasons, change of mind, work commitments, relocation, lack of attendance, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the course.
3. No refund shall be provided for partially attended courses or after commencement of training.
4. If a student chooses to discontinue the course, any pending fee under the selected payment plan shall remain payable as per the agreed terms.
5. Students enrolled under EMI or installment plans must continue to pay all scheduled installments, irrespective of course attendance or completion.
6. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved solely at the discretion of Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP — and only before course access is granted — applicable administrative, payment gateway, and processing charges may be deducted.
7. Interview support, internship opportunities, resume assistance, and career guidance are value-added educational services and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment or salary.
8. Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services for misconduct, violation of institute rules, or non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
9. Any outstanding course fee must be cleared within seven (7) working days from the agreed due date. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services until the outstanding amount is paid.
10. By enrolling in any programme offered by Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP, the student confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.
